Course Content

🌿 Topic 1: Welcome to Bunny’s Flowers
🎥 Lesson 1.1: Our Story and Safe Space Lesson Text: This video introduces the story of Bunny’s Flowers: a nonprofit farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where everyone is welcome. Our programs help people connect with plants, soil, and each other. If you’ve ever felt like you needed a quiet place to breathe, learn, and grow — this is for you. Learning Objectives: Understand what Bunny’s Flowers is and who it’s for Learn why farming and nature can help us heal See how you can be part of the farm, even from home Activity: Take a deep breath. After the video, write or draw your answers to these: What did you notice about the farm? What colors or animals did you like? How did the video make you feel?

🌱 Topic 2: What Is Regenerative Agriculture?
📘 Lesson 2.1: The Earth Takes Care of Us Text-Based Lesson (Accessible) Regenerative agriculture means we take care of the Earth — and the Earth takes care of us. It’s like saying thank you to the soil, the plants, and the bugs for helping things grow. Learning Objectives: Learn what soil is and why it's important Understand why using natural methods (not chemicals) helps everyone — even the worms! Explore how we can grow things at home: in pots, boxes, or even paper cups Optional Activity: Start a mini garden using: A recycled cup or yogurt container A bit of soil (or cotton if no soil is nearby) A seed (sunflower, bean, or wildflower!)

What is good for fishing and agriculture?
True or False: Bugs and worms are part of the farm.

Name one thing you can grow at home.
You probably have asked yourself this question before.....;)

🐞 Topic 3: Nature Is a Friend
🎧 Lesson 3.1: Listening to Nature Sometimes we don’t need to do anything at all. Just listening to birds, watching the wind move the leaves, or smelling fresh herbs can help us feel calm. Learning Objectives: Use your senses to explore the world safely Practice grounding techniques using nature Know that quiet time is learning time too Activity: Find a quiet spot. Close your eyes. What can you hear? Draw or describe what you notice.

🏁 Final Activity: Design Your Own Garden Space
Title: “Your Garden, Your Way” Use crayons, markers, a digital art tool, or just your imagination Sketch what your dream garden looks like What colors would you use? What animals might visit? Upload a photo or keep it just for yourself.
